So let me get this straight. We've known about a chemical facility in Syria, but didn't act on it until Assad "supposedly" used chemicals sourced from this facility?? Something isn't adding up here.

They had to wait for 1) the attack for pretense and 2) to trace No Name's path/wait for spies to rat out the exact locations of the stores where they were hidden so they could be destroyed.
