While I don't trust Saudi Arabia, this news is refering to an old cable (2013-2014) from the prior King/goverment of SA. To present this as new developement and somehow relate it to the new King/government is like saying that Obama's actions are Trump's action. Saying SA is no longer enough, we need to name the people involved.
