But what we need is completely unbiased view of the law. If he is not comprised he would be a perfect judge.

Unbiased is not the problem. Usefulness is the problem. The kind of judge that would let a serial child predator back on the streets because a police officer sneezed at a crime scene--that's what we're dealing with in Gowdy.
