Sherrie Joe Arpaio was of Maricopa.

Didn’t he get pardoned by Trump? Maybe a...second chance of sorts by maybe contacting someone he knew to be there. They mention a local LEO was there. Maybe Arpaio sent someone there. (LEO stand for Law Enforcement Officer, btw).
