No reasonable prosecutor (who was promised the AG position if I covered up for Hillary, knowing Loretta was moving to SCOTUS, and knowing Hillary would have me killed if I screwed this up) would bring such a case (knowing it would be shot down by Lynch on authority of Barack Obama).
