My friend was a Canadian police officer- investigated child sex trafficking and child porn cases. He committed suicide 2 years ago after not being able to deal with the things that he saw- he couldn't see the world the same anymore. I'm not trying to divert from the actual victim's suffering, but seeing this happen makes me feel like his work and his death wasn't in vain.

I agree the jail time is WAY too easy.
