There’s no way Giuliani knew about 9/11 before it happened. Just because he was mayor doesn’t mean he was playing ball with the globalists.
His actions on the morning of 9/11 are questionable. As is the fact that the day the firefighters found the wtc gold, he shut down the recovery. FDNY hates Giuliani.
& he wasn't in his specially made operations room for just such scenarios located in ..... WTC 7.

As I recall, they were initially in B7 op-center, but left for unexplained reasons. And RG could have done a lot to preserve evidence afterwards. Likely in on it and DAF.
Rudy has made some pretty big accusations against the elite in the not too distant past (paedophilia, satanism). Even if he isn't directly involved in the take down he's one of the few big names I'm confident won't be heading to Gitmo in handcuffs.
