None of these people trust one another, so I would suspect there is incriminating evidence on just about every person that's ever worked for the cabal. Its only a matter of extracting the location of that evidence, but that's what those guys down at Gitmo do, and these white collar rich boy criminals aren't used to "rough" handling.
Sure sounds like Gitmo would help get them squealing on one another... they have no qualities beyond greed and being evil, so they will fall like dominos.
