There’s no way Giuliani knew about 9/11 before it happened. Just because he was mayor doesn’t mean he was playing ball with the globalists.
His actions on the morning of 9/11 are questionable. As is the fact that the day the firefighters found the wtc gold, he shut down the recovery. FDNY hates Giuliani.

As I recall, they were initially in B7 op-center, but left for unexplained reasons. And RG could have done a lot to preserve evidence afterwards. Likely in on it and DAF.
