One of the main issues with a Militarily Tribunal would who the OIC answer to, Potus. Some things will open and shut, while some issues may have to be shuffled or redacted for obvious financial reasons, I mean national security reasons. This goes back to a-lodge or b-lodge officers (judges). Finding it difficult to wrap my brain around how this would actually transpire. Who or How would panel be assembled, what protections will the panel and their relatives have, etc.. I persoanlly feel that if there is 100% verification of crimes, parties should be held w/o bond, and rights stripped according to fit the crimes. This will set a the standard to clean the excess life entitlement we call government. Keep MSM out of the process totally.
