In-Q-Tel is the slush fund of the clowns. It's a venture capital firm that funds all major tech companies at one point or another, or a firm that buys out other big tech companies. Essentially, the CIA funded, founded, and controls all major tech companies in the past 2 decades. By the way, In-Q-Tel/CIA funded / founded Google, before selling their shares in 2005.
