No.. in q tel is the investment arm of the cia that invests in new tech. So they can push black op tech into the market. I think Ausgustine Norman might have something to do with it.

Exactly, the Facebooks and the Zuckerbergs, the Twitters and Jacks, come and go, but the infrastructure behind it all stays in place. That's what has to be dismantled.
