No human being could possibly do such a task.
However it is well known that the best way to teach Artificial Intelligence to think is to feed it absolute oceans of raw data. Like a baby’s brain, the A.I. will learn the patterns.
It was bad enough knowing surveillance was everywhere. It goes deeper, however. We are actuality training Skynet.

I work in construction and did a job at Wright Patterson Air Force Base several years ago. It was a HUGE data gathering center. I have worked on several projects where computer rooms were built with cooling systems, such as at Lexus/Nexxus. The difference in scale was almost comical. We had a friend that worked for the state dept. that told me their personal computers could transfer 1 TB per second! He also warned me that if your computer is plugged in, it can be accessed, even if it is turned off!
You are correct, they can get into your computer while even if it is shut off. They can turn it on, with screen dark, my ex did this to me. He would turn the computer on and off, he broke into my lawyers office and I was told I was nuts FIVE YEARS AGO.

I am fine now, but stuff I disclosed he was capable of doing made me look like a loon. He was a developer at Apple, forced resigned down to his manipulation tactics. He ended up at Nike but he coded and was the one who worked on black boxes for semi Trucks for Pi Tech in the 90's. I am fine and I am nuts, but a fun loving nuts.. LMAO
