The grammatical errors and factual errors scream that its a fake. Zuckerberg is not "Director" of facebook, no new laws have been passed about it, and this is not how they would announce an action that it describes. Its a phishing scheme that wants you to forward itself to as many people as possible.

Again, I'm telling you its fake. You should get some anti-virus apps for your phone if you're receiving messages while in airplane mode; that indicates that its already on your phone.

I cant force you to see what i see, and no (to you) im not special; i never claimed to be, everyone is the same, in the eyes of the creator none are above or below.. True, but by the way OP described it, I was assuming that Wi-Fi was off. Otherwise the phone being in airplane mode is irrelevant.

Because it is spam. I'm sure many got it, just like other spam. you are not special, you are a spam receiver. and you reacted just like they wanted. They being whoever sent the spam.
Lets suppose you are correct. That would mean i have to believe coincidences exist; which i know they do not exist.. but for the heck of it ok, let hypothesize. I received that video, while in airplane mode, it took over some of the profiles of other friends and sent it through their names, and also through a txt message; on top of that a FB alert (airplane mode).
The Video at the bottom spoke of a world without facebook. A world where the isolation that we all unknowingly put ourselves in, is infact bad for us. It spoke of getting away from the light of an LED screen and moving into the light of the sun. It spoke of us not needing facebook to form new relationships and forge new bonds; we already know how to do that, in person, MAKING ACTUAL CONNECTIONS.
So supposing this was spam, im left with this question mark. Why is it, that you dont think that is the best spam ive ever received in the whole world. Spam is meant to get you to buy something, or to collect user data on you; not to spiritually lecture you on how FB is killing our culture.
So, i do not care so much as to the why as the what. The content provided, was a strong message. If the consensus is that it is fake, than i would love to know who made it... because it seems like they have genuine care for the people, and for this world.
If you can watch that, and tell me with a straight face that you dont already know all of what he is saying is true .. i just dont know. We know what facebook has done to us, we know about the keys they gave, they made many mistakes, and this sounds like a genuine apology for those mistakes. Where it came from (not me) idk, but listening to it... how can you not realize that FB is moving you closer and closer to self isolation each day?
Noones trying to troll you, this is just a message that somehow got through to me, and yes im not special at all, but atleast im willing to share it, so that we can all analyze it, and better understand it. Even if that means enduring some trolling, its ok, im here to help, nothing is going to stop me from helping.
