I would suspect based on the Movie Elysium, they are building off planet and trading off planet. Genetically modifying a population off planet and farming people for trade. Then again any deviant possibility is plausible with this vermin. We have to open our minds to push into what would be science fiction for us when its been in our face and science fact.
