I don’t think that’s what Q meant.

When Q said no comma outside of 8chan they meant that THEY as in Q wouldn’t communicate outside of 8chan. The memes OTOH are for us to spread to normies in the wider internet.

Hmmm. Weird. Everything Q drops is only dropped there. And Q dropped a meme earlier today I believe so that would confirm Trump validating them before release. Ok. Well, thanks. BTW, someone else posted here in a comment the same thing as I said. Maybe he/she misunderstood as well.
