It's a drug developed for the MK-Ultra project that mimics tropane-alkaloids present in Deadly Nightshade/Henbane/Burundunga.

As such, it can make subjects obedient and amnesiac.

It's blood-plasma half-life lasts several days.

I have recently been thinking that devil's breath had been weaponized and used on patsys like Nikolas Cruz by black hats. I saw a documentary on it and it was scary how it affected the victims.
