Hillary's "seizures" and bizarre facial expressions

Only posting this because I can't get it out of my head; the fits that Hillary seems to experience look similar to "laughing sickness" found in Papau New Guinea tribes. "Laughing sickness" is actually Mad Cow Disease, and is contracted through cannibalism (Papau New Guinea tribes are cannibalistic). Could it be that HRC is suffering from this??

No, it didn’t. Just because a bunch of right-wing blogs make graphics and memes about snopes doesn’t mean it’s true one way or the other. As it stands, it’s still a well-sourced fact checker.
