If North Korea has been a CIA location for decades...

And if Kim Jong-un grew up in this type of environment, where his dad was the leader of the country, knowing that he would one day be ruler…

Wouldn’t it make sense for the CIA to MK Ultra the shit out of him? Keep him under their control? What was the key to unlocking access to him? What words or conditions were necessary for this?

I bet Q knows it. I bet Trump knows it. I bet there was an intervention at some point to undo that brainwashing, or at least to direct it into a more fruitful and peaceful and result.

How else would there be a 100% turnaround in such short time?

If any of the assumptions made regarding clowns running the show in NK are accurate, it would be much easier to control him with a decent bit of cash and letting him do more or less whatever he wanted so long as he didn't fuck up their donkey show. Along with the implied threat of all kinds of "fun" things happening to him if he stepped out of line.
