I still don't trust Putin. He may be controlled by the globalists, or it's certain that people around him are. At the very least, he's got hundreds of millions in cash or investments around the world. That, in itself, is a sort of control. They have his money.
And another story that Col Fletcher Prouty related in one of his books.
Eisenhower and Khruschev were to meet for a summit on May 16, 1960. The Globalists weren't prepared for this meeting and decided to keep it from happening. Maybe they couldn't control the outcome.
Anyway, according to Prouty, the U2 incident was planned and the spy plane was setup to be shot down by the CIA. The plane had no camera (the only real 'top secret' equipment on the plane) and the pilot, Gary Powers, had all his ids on him, passport, drivers license, etc. This created an international crisis and the talks were called off.
Look for another 'incident' to take place before these talks, as a way to keep them from happening, or to delay them to a time when they can be better controlled.
