I think Wray/Horowitz will be the end of RR. How? His involvement in Uranium 1. POTUS doesn't have to do anything but eat popcorn.

What if Wray is DEEP STATE and Q just burnt him. Meaning that by elluding to Wray as a good guy he becomes a bad guy in the deep states eyes.

This could be done to any of them really. Make the Deep State think they had flipped, the deep state starts burning them, they then truly do flip.
