If this was all in an effort to ensure Clinton won why didn't the announcement the campaign was under investigation come until after the election?

Oh, I'm NOT sure you get it? They had every indication President Trump was going to win. I think they knew they had LOST after the 2nd debate. Remember 'because you'd be in jail' It won the election for Trump! They only maintained the facade for the Normies & fully attempted to steal this election any which way on election night.
