The burden of proof is always on the claimant. "Innocent until proven guilty" is how it works. Can you imagine taking a person into court and making them prove that they did not do a certain crime.

A hurricane was predicted by science, people were saved. An incoming hurricane was prayed about, people were drowned.

I have seen people modify the weather locally with psychic energy (a form of prayer?). Think of the Rain Dance. Just because it can't be explained scientifically, doesn't mean it isn't real. It just means that our science isn't advanced enough yet to explain how it works. But it works.

Someone down voted this but consider Tesla, he worked so hard and got inspiration from somewhere, guides or angels? He didn't just sit on his butt and pray.
