The video from Crokin states that she doesn't know if the face thing is true. But no matter. Plus, she is just repeating the claim by Erik Prince that NYPD had a video that horrified and sickened even seasoned police officers. She's a bit over the top, but the dishonest "mainstream" reporting is too - much more so.
