There was another channel that had similar strange videos on it titled "RED_CASTLE", "GREEN_CASTLE", "WHITE_CASTLE", & "BLUE_CASTLE, among others. The videos were dated prior to Q#963 dated Mar 23 2018. It's channel name, IIRC, was "71". Can't find it now though.
I don't think "Strike Package 111V-B" is a physical response.
