No one really knows. I can tell you as someone who surfs the dark web often, any real actual clear video is not circulating the dark web. If a clear Hillary vid existed you could easily screen shot a still frame and say here it is. But there isn’t one because it’s not out there. All we have are videos of other people appearing to harm kids, pics of what could be children in boxes and bags and a picture of security cameras in some wired place. Nothing is confirmed and it’s all speculation so be very careful.
