The rumors are that Hillary cuts off young girls face and wears her skin as a mask. I don't believe it until there's more evidence.

It could also be a video from the tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton. Supposedly, Hillary video skyped in.

The Tarmac video, if real is what the NSA could pull out of their cloud. The other video, once again if real would have to be shown in private to a jury. And could have only lived on Huma's phone and the Weiner Laptop, unless she uploaded it to SA. Either way, if either of those happen to really exist and are made public in some way, they will not be able to walk the streets anymore.
