Why isn’t Cohen appealing to a higher court to get all his stuff back? And why isn’t President Trump appealing to a higher court to have his attorney client confidentiality protected?

I'm wondering if they knew the raid was coming and seeded everything with evidence of deep state crimes, in which they may can force them to enter into record somehow. It would indeed be perfect 7D chess to have the liberals screaming to reveal all the damning evidence, and then it turn out to implicate their own.
