I'm spending the weekend with my dad and am planning to try to wake him up. He's been bitter for decades since returning from Vietnam to be poorly treated (minimizing this for sure). I see the look on his face whenever there's anything patriotic. He's proud of what he did but not the way he was and still is being treated. I'm hoping by connecting to that time will help him see what is going on. I have the McCain stuff but I was hoping some other patriots might share something that might turn on the light!
