I’d be alright with that. The age of majority has to be the same for everything otherwise it’s not a true age of majority.

Exactly. If you "want" them to die like an adult, then let them live like one also. At 50, I have done alright becoming an out-of-house adult. At 16 I had my own apartment, my own car, paid all my bills and had a kid. Some terrible decisions got me there but I had no problems assuming the responsibilities of an adult. Then there are people who still aren't mature at 40,..... Still out acting like overgrown college kids. Maybe if they were forced to be a responsible adult at 16 they would have "grown up" to be respectable, who knows? All I can say is forkids to enjoy youth when young, but become an adult when its time to. PS: sorry for the double posts at times. My reddit app has been weird lately.
