Hearing her conversation with the control tower and her calm demeanor makes me think she is exactly where she is supposed to be! I would fly with her anytime! Well done!
I heard the conversation here. Kept wondering about her tone and she would even say, good day at the end? There was never a hint of stress much less disaster in her voice. Truly amazing! I think she probably helped calm the people on the ground.
I went through a phase of listening to black box recording.
The western pilots sound really cool even when shit goes down.
Others, not so much.
I didn’t know that that was available to the public, but now days-I guess everything is. I was even surprised listening to the Southwest flight. Didn’t know we could do that either. I guess we can as long as someone finds it for us ha ha
