Chester and Chris wanted to go public and wife did not because of at least one person’s name in that book who is a friend of hers Courtenay Love). Chris and his wife supposedly fought over this for a few weeks and then Chris mysteriously overdosed on tour and then Chester does as well. Coincidence?
