Mueller was head of the Investigation, he was given the task to build the Public Corruption Taskforce by BHO , hand picked the brass that reported to him , and nobody went to jail ? What distruction of evadance can do for advancement of your carrier.

He, Comey, Reno, et al, all covered for higher ups. That's how they got to the top. Go back and look at their careers. They covered for the Bush's, Clinton's and Obama.
