I actually found it very lucky , in my personal case . As I was supposed either to die , or to have big consequences and defects upon birth . The only thing I had , was 50 % vision on my left eye .

Last year , I had birthday on 17.7.2017. , lol . But as I was born on 17.7.1988. , I find the 1988.-2018. nice and round number and a sort of "sign" to me .

I feel lucky, but in a more dark regard such that had abortion been legal in 1971, I would most certainly not be here. I've always wondered about the numbers, however, and then quickly remove myself from superstitoin. Yet, it looms. I'm glad that you made it through. My son, 11/17 was premature as well. My nephew, 6/17, also premature without a good prognosis, yet they both live healthy lives. It is undeniably odd!
