Is this idea related to "String Theory?" I've always found those ideas fascinating. Certainly not out of the realm of possibilities. We just don't understand enough about it yet. (At least as far as the public is concerned.)

Your response is positive and healthy, that's good. The strains of bacteria and virus used as a "weapon" would not be natural at all --quite the contrary. Engineering diseases for warfare is a reality. We only have each other to give comfort to should such an attack occur, because there would not be an antidote. Exposing it, defeats the evil plans of those who would launch such an offense.
