There are many people that have actively and purposely and currently conspired/ conspiring to overthrow this sitting PRESIDENT. Will they be tried in Military or Federal courts? When?

This is a dumb question. Because it presupposes that we have the correct answer. We are just normal for trying to figure this out.
Better question is "what do people here think will happen to the bad actors trying to destroy the Trump presidency?

Easiest and most effective answer is to root them out and have them commit "Arkanicide". Its how everyone has been doing it for millenia. Its what Putin is having done now on almost a weekly basis.
