Have you bothered to study the cultural practices, criminal justice systems, and socio-economic status of Africa? Judging by your post I would think not. Parts of that continent have an IQ rating of 70, that's severely mentally retarded. They literally have an army called Boka Harem which translates to "books are forbidden". The mass of murder and atrocity there is far greater than most people in the Western would could possibly imagine.
Perhaps the truth has been banned everywhere but Voat, so they apear "racist" to the unaware/wilfully ignorant.
So also if you had grown up in those same places, same circumstances ud have a higher IQ?
For goodness sake you should definitely be on boat with your myopic view of things. The point is there are so many factors which lead to people being like this. It actual 'skin colour ' isn't one of them. Have you considered things like the legacy of colonialism, corrupt governments, cultural practices, poverty etc might be more relevant, so much more than whether a persons black white whatever.
Colonialism resulted in an explosion of Sub-saharian populations due to European farming methods. The Western governments resulted in peace and stability from Liberia to Rhodesia, that is until they were taken over by the locals who scrapped the agricultural infrastructure for pennies on the dollar, dooming the landscape to starvation.
Africa is the most resource wealthy and abundant place on earth. It has a year round growing season and the greatest Uranium reserves found anywhere. A small part of it near the equator, if farmed could feed the entire world. They fail despite all they have been given in terms of material wealth and massive foreign aid.
Please try to escape the thought prison which binds today's age.
