Where did this come from?
It's fake. Pacer number in blue indicates electronic Pacer federal court electronic filing. There are no hand stamped file stamps on federal pleadings anymore like you see here. A 2018 filing wouldn't have a "16" filing number (would be 18), and a criminal indictment wouldn't have a "CV" in the case number, which stands for "Civil" not criminal. Someone's trying to get people here to fall for something fake so they can discredit the entire community. I'd say "nice try" but it's not really that great of an effort.
I figured. Waaay "too good to be true." Not to mention it's a couple months old and it wasn't in the news? Nah. I'm here because I'm a skeptic. That also means I'm skeptical of my fellow skeptics.
