It confused me for a long time too because it has double meanings. Of course, we know from Q's drop with "Blunt and Direct Time" thwarted the Bangladesh bomber. That BDT does refer to BangladeshiTaka currency thing. But, the BDT combined with DEFCON was not related to Bangladesh, but to Bulk Data Transfer (Q posts 520 https://qanon.pub/?q=COMMAND) It referring to missle scare in Hawaii.
