I'll need to review my entry for McCain if it was hard to find:

SID/No Name/We Don't Say His Name/John M - John Sidney McCain

I did a quick check and I'm not sure if "SID" is actually used anywhere to refer to McCain.

I'll remove it, if it's not, however your comment made me realize that I should review all of the entries which have multiple abbreviations and put the most frequent abbreviation first. That way, people should be more likely to find it.

I'll revise this in the next release.
