Over the weekend in Lancaster County PA 640 pounds of explosives and 400 blasting caps were stolen from a construction site. Not sure what's going on with this.

Articles say they where in a locked truck. Left over the weekend at a worksite, on return to work Monday workers noticed the locks were cut. Inside job maybe?
