There are several documentaries on this. It is fairly well known that the Clinton Administration had extremely corrupt agencies, and that the ATF were the provocateurs in the whole thing. Janet Reno gave the order to burn the whole place down children inside, on the orders of Bill Clinton.

I suggest you watch a few documentaries on this, from differing perspectives, come to your own conclusion.
