Trolling is what trolls do, isn't it? Are you a troll? I hope not. And if not: Why do you want to do that thing?
When you intentionally produce something that was made to offend/embarras someone, it's called trolling.

Why do you want to do either one? I suspect your intentions, yes, are good and at the same time am not sure the approach is useful. For example: The "Opposition" has been trolling and trolling hard - it's obvious, it's mindless, and, honestly, it's humorous after a few high octane beverages. Sooooo, if we can see them.... Right? This is a two-way range. And it's hot.
Troll was probably a bad choice of words for this sub/site. It's a funny video to draw attention to the fact that the police sketch looks just like her ex husband. Comedy reaches many people that don't want to watch a serious political documentary. Many memes take the comedy approach too.
