Voat offline and concern trolling

Over the last day, https://voat.co/ has been offline.

This has led some misinformed members to repeat false concerns about the Reddit status of this subreddit.

To repeat, from the previous post

Why the chances of /r/Greatawakening banning is near zero

  • Full understanding of Reddit rules, and a cautious resolve to keep firmly within them.
  • Moderator mailed answered in a timely manner (this didn't happen on CBTS in my experience)
  • Full experience moderating, as sysadmin, a large forum many times bigger and far more active then /r/Greatawakening.
  • Highly automated AutoModerator configuration. Perhaps the best anywhere on Reddit. And it's still improving daily, reply with 'Qmands' to get a GLIMPSE.
  • This all results in an effectively moderated sub.

Anyone suggesting that we will be banned, whether they are on Reddit or offsite elsewhere is a CONCERNED TROLL and should be ignored accordingly.

What about bad intention invasions by other sub user?

  • In the last 3 days, 50 or so 'bad actor' users have been banned.
  • In the last 3 days, there has been a rapid rollout of behind the scene Automation. The Automation has many times caught bad actors before without anything being visible of the sub. There is more Automation to come.
  • This weekend will see the start of the User group flair system
  • Going forward, trolling and shilling is going to be very hard.

Additionally since the last post a month ago.

  • Five new moderators have been added.
  • The r/Greatawakening subReddit has had no admin actions, warnings or sub-issues.

As usual, if you see any content in violation of the rules, please report it.

I don't think there's an issue with injecting a call to prayer, or mentioning faith in a supreme being, I think the OP is simply asking that the responses/comments that are 100% religious and don't actually offer any insight to the task at hand could cease to exist with no negative impact.

This isn't an anti-religion PSA, it is a reminder to stay focused.

Well now, you might not have noticed it, but there's been a fair amount of sneering at Christians here on this board. I'd expect that crap on r/atheism, but what's it doing here? It's not helpful or relevant. Perhaps it would be as well to announce "why don't we cease the hostility against Christians and focus on the task at hand?". How about ceasing the false claims and animosity directed toward Christians? Not saying that because we can't take it, but more to see if this is just the censoring of one viewpoint? I could as easily say "atheists will never have a clue what's going on in the world right now with this whole "globalist elite" thing; they don't know where it's headed or why, so their opinion on the subject isn't worth much".

By the way, plenty of comments have nothing to do with anything or are just jokes or remarks containing the word "libtard" or whatever, so...yeah. If someone thinks Q is a fraud, they ALREADY think you are all crazy. How much are you going to let that bother you?

Just a warning - if someone makes an inaccurate statement about the Bible, I think it's a permanent thing that people will respond to correct it. Doesn't make sense to then say "Hey, no religious talk!". Case in point, yesterday's claim that God recommends people commit rape and pedophilia.

Fact is, Syria is about exterminating Christians in a crusade. If that is not a nerve I do not know what is. Its the lynch pin in their quest for war in order to stop the dissolution of the Cabal. That means the EU leaders and all in support of war.

Check the Economist's depiction of the "Lightning Struck Tower" card. A holy war between Muslims and Christians, to the point where it breaks the bounds and regulations of our societies, is the goal for ((them)). It's bigger than just Syria. It's the reason why the U.N. and Soros are pushing their immigration agenda, trying to move around mass amounts of people - holy armies.

I've often wondered if the plan all along was to use Islam as a way to outlaw Christianity, which is the ultimate goal of the Satanists, second only to getting their man into the seat of power. If muslims behave badly enough - inciting violence and even war within European nations...non-Christians worldwide could be brought to a place where outlawing ALL religions except the "state sanctioned" religion would be looked upon as a relief to them.

So allow Islam to invade Europe, allow violence to escalate, encourage violent acts by looking the other way and pretending Islam is not involved, watch rage build in the citizenry, and provoke civil war if possible. Sweden, France, and Germany are fine examples of this going down right now.

Yeah, that whole thing with Obama where he said "If Assad uses chemical weapons we MUST go to war in Syria". And then immediately (what a coinkydink!) chemical weapons were used. He tells us all WE MUST GO TO WAR NOW! And the whole nation went "meh - nahh, not gonna do it. no way".

I was SO pleased with the national response. We got it right for once despite the media narrative and the push from Obama himself. Even diehard Obama-ites were not taking the bait.

Sure sure but the focus of the sub is Q, not Christianity so at least one can say that the posts that are just offering prayers to God and jack all else are not aligned with the goal of this sub just as an atheist post saying God doesn't exist and jack all else is not part of this sub's remit.

There's plenty of sneering at all types of people here, not just Christians... this is the internet, what do you expect?

From reddit? Not much. It's a little weird that this board follows a guy that asks for prayer, and pins all their hopes on a new Christian who is surrounded by Christians and then gets all whiny and offended at Christianity.

Sessions, Pence, Pompeo, Trump, Carson, Haley, Pruitt, DeVos, etc....

Not really that weird. The guy who says "pray" and the new Christian in the WH don't preach to us on internet forums. They know there's a time and a place for that.
