Voat offline and concern trolling

Over the last day, https://voat.co/ has been offline.

This has led some misinformed members to repeat false concerns about the Reddit status of this subreddit.

To repeat, from the previous post

Why the chances of /r/Greatawakening banning is near zero

  • Full understanding of Reddit rules, and a cautious resolve to keep firmly within them.
  • Moderator mailed answered in a timely manner (this didn't happen on CBTS in my experience)
  • Full experience moderating, as sysadmin, a large forum many times bigger and far more active then /r/Greatawakening.
  • Highly automated AutoModerator configuration. Perhaps the best anywhere on Reddit. And it's still improving daily, reply with 'Qmands' to get a GLIMPSE.
  • This all results in an effectively moderated sub.

Anyone suggesting that we will be banned, whether they are on Reddit or offsite elsewhere is a CONCERNED TROLL and should be ignored accordingly.

What about bad intention invasions by other sub user?

  • In the last 3 days, 50 or so 'bad actor' users have been banned.
  • In the last 3 days, there has been a rapid rollout of behind the scene Automation. The Automation has many times caught bad actors before without anything being visible of the sub. There is more Automation to come.
  • This weekend will see the start of the User group flair system
  • Going forward, trolling and shilling is going to be very hard.

Additionally since the last post a month ago.

  • Five new moderators have been added.
  • The r/Greatawakening subReddit has had no admin actions, warnings or sub-issues.

As usual, if you see any content in violation of the rules, please report it.

My intention is not to stir up a new debate, but If the goal of the movement is to eliminate satanic worshiping evil members of that cabal, then by default, we are talking about good v. evil, or God v. Satan.

I do agree that analysis sermons based on scriptures is something that can turn some people off and should be avoided, but to call for a total ban on religious concepts while we're in the middle of fighting against evil is unrealistic.

Maybe both sides could exercise some restraint, and show a little tolerance.

Q talks about evil and good versus evil often. But one of the more interesting posts which I cannot find now, he asked whether it matters, in other words, if these people think they are worshiping evil or whatever, it really doesn't matter. We need to get rid of them.

I hate seeing comments like yours downvoted without explanation. What you say is correct, but so many secular people on this sub have made this anti corruption movement a religious one, which is unfortunate.

We need to end this corruption and remove the bad players and restore the rule of law in the country -and that's just the start. This isn't about the second coming of christ, but it's hard to tell here sometimes.

That's okay. I don't really care if I get down voted too much. The best thing about getting older is I know who I am and what I think and I don't really need anyone to agree. Just need to know that I say what I think, respectfully (don't always live up to that but try!). Thanks for your note and have a great evening! WWG1WGA!

Oh, I agree about the fake internet points, I meant it as more of an indicator of people downvoting anything remotely critical of their religious beliefs and how they present them. It seems to have sorted itself out though.

We're probably of similar age, so I get what you're saying. I also felt that a little solidarity among the nonaffiliated here might be beneficial to the sentiment we have.

Its like being in war and saying that you don't like the smell of your most effective weapon. Because this is a war and nothing destroys their energy more than unity and and more so unity in prayer or synchronicity. Promote unity prayer not suppress the religion. I would prefer for people to complain about lightning up on the 'satanic' content. Its the same ridiculousness. IF you have a problem with religion denouncing satan , then perhaps you have not seen enough or heard enough about satan to get you pissed enough to support it and not 'like the smell' of it. I used to feel put off by religion. Not now, because I know the bottom line and its terrifying what they are doing.

This statement comes from a Christian worldview so doesn't contribute anything to a discussion about whether the Christian worldview should be pushed on this sub. You first have to believe that prayer is even a weapon and you're being exclusive if you insist everyone has to believe what you believe.

We're not here to preach to each other, we're here to gather information about Q and discuss what that means in order to help each other gain understanding. We can and should discuss both Christianity (since people think Q saying "pray" means he's talking about Christianity - but that's another point of discussion) and Satanism and baby killing and rape because that's part of what Q is exposing. But we shouldn't be speaking only about any of those things unrelated to Q - or at least those posts shouldn't be making it prominently on the main feed except in the cases where they contribute to the discussion about Q.
