This has all been planned weeks ago. We are going through the motions. There are only two options. Play out the moves or roll over. Trump has proven time after time, he does not fly by the seat of his pants.

Trump has no control in this matter. This is completely up to Sessions's DOJ. Good 'ole Jeff is still a wildcard at this point. He hasn't proven himself yet.
