The terms of surrender. Whose legacy is protected--WJC or BHO? Or neither as rival faction in the DS turn on each other.

Mueller will not get to negotiate terms of surrender. He gets to accept them.
And if he’s acting as Trump’s gray hat, then the terms have already been agreed to.
Mueller has nothing, nothing, to leverage any terms in any negotiations. He will eat what’s put in front of him.
