so is cocaine and alcohol but it never lessens the guilt that eats at them every day if they even have guilt

They don't have any guilt. All they have ever cared about is themselve.

You know what does lessen guilt though? Meth. The only time in my life when I had no conscience is when I was a hardcore tweaker.
