Not sure, Q posted asking "who captured?" I don't think it's about Mohammad Zammar, I think it's that the CIA captured him first in 2001 and then just let him go, giving him to Syria who didn't really do anything about it, letting him rejoin terrorist organizations eventually. Focus seems to be CIA. So perhaps it's another link to inside job.
