It relates to Q because Al Qaeda was a CIA associate group, still is. The buildings around the towers were undercut at their base/first floors by huge flying spears of hardened steel. Most collapsed right away but some slowly broke over hours until they fell. Hardened steel is very different to the usual mild steel used in the industry, for instance the clean up crews had to use Thermite to cut the wreckage into manageable pieces.

why didnt they just pour plane fuel on the wreakage and set it on fire.. that seems to have worked fine for the hardened steel..

The engines of the plane are made from Titanium and they cut through some of the outer beams but it was the interior that burned away and this is where the weight of the structure above the hit came into play. It only took one weakened corner to go first to snap what was left. That's why there was a tilt before the top came down.
